Universal design and quality of use is a common thread in all our projects. We are particularly interested in developing solutions that work well across devices, in different situations, and with a wide range of people.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Our target groups often consist of the elderly and people with different conditions and needs, such as disability. This includes sensory, motor, linguistic and cognitive disabilities.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The group works closely with other professional groups and research environments, e.g. our Security Group for aspects of security, privacy and trust, and the Group for Smart Information Systems for the application of systems technology, multimodality and multimedia.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Our work is partly funded by public bodies such as the NFR and the EU and partly through small-scale assignments in the form of research and innovation projects for the business community, organizations and the authorities.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
